Since the start of my Transaction Coordination career in 2018, and have closed over 1800 transactions. It’s my hope that doing what I’m passionate about will allow you to do what you’re passionate about; supporting your clients.

While I am not a licensed Real Estate Broker, I provide a valuable support service that allows you to focus on negotiating on behalf of your clients and fostering a relationship with them. You can rest assured knowing that I will manage your forms, deadlines, and communication with all parties.

I am originally from Hawai’i, and back home we often talk about the “Aloha Spirit”. It is in that same spirit that this company was founded. It was my goal to infuse the sweetness of the Aloha Spirit into the real estate administration process. I manage each file with the utmost care so the people who entrust their business to me to know that I am paying attention to every detail on all their transactions. From calendar reminders, to email communication, it is all facilitated by me personally and not on an automated system.
